Absolutely delighted with this Teddy. Hannah sent me a photo of the thread colours along with a preview of the inscription just to be sure that I was happy with it. I went for a lion with claret blue and yellow as it was for an Aston villa supporter, he loved it!!! Hannah also double checked the delivery address as I had put down my own instead of the receiver address. She really goes above and beyond every time. Thanks again Hannah 😁
