This is the second bear we have bought. The customer service has been brilliant can not fault. We wanted a bear the same as previously bought for my first Granddaughter. We contacted her and asked if she could do this. We had a prompt response sand it was no problem. She had the details and a picture of our first order. The order was turned around really quickly. The teddy is gorgeous so soft and cuddly I almost wanted to keep it. The embroidery is excellent. I would buy again in a heart beat. 5 stars for service , quality, communication and delivery.
